NASHVILLE, Tenn.- A man
accused of murder turned himself in Saturday afternoon at the Metropolitan
Police Department headquarters. Phillip D. Morton, 49, is accused of killing
29-year-old Keith Gaston.
Gaston, who was from Yazoo
City, Mississippi, was sitting on a stool when he was shot. Police say the gunman then walked out of the
bar. Police said Morton turned himself
in Saturday, but he refused to talk to detectives.
He's in jail on a $350,000
bond.
