MANCHESTER, Tenn.- Investigators say the accident happened during a Hispanic festival at Saint Mark's Catholic Church in Manchester.

Each year during the festival, people climb an old utility pole, but under the extra weight, the pole fell Sunday and landed on a woman taking pictures below. Investigators said she is 31-year-old Mary Morales.

Vanderbilt Medical Center's LifeFlight Helicopter was called to rush her to the hospital, but it couldn't fly because of severe weather.
