KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - A LaFollette teenager who was severely injured in an all-terrain vehicle accident has died.
The Knoxville News Sentinel reported 17-year-old Trinity Henegar was thrown from an ATV on August 13 when the driver did a U-turn. The youth was taken to University of Tennessee Hospital.
Tennessee Highway Patrol Trooper Warren Crumpley wrote in a report that he was notified late Sunday afternoon that Henegar had died.
The THP said 16-year-old Jacob K. Monday of Speedwell was driving the ATV when the accident occurred in Campbell County.
