MURFREESBORO, Tenn.- Vandalism charges against Rutherford County's former Property assessor have been dropped. A judge has dismissed the charges against Bill Boner.
In July Boner's political opponent Rob Mitchell swore out warrants against him, after he claims Boner tore down one of his campaign signs. Mitchell ended up unseating Boner in the August primary. Boner turned himself in the day after the election but said he may still file a false arrest lawsuit.
