Judge Throws Out Election

LEBANON, Tenn.- Voters in Wilson County will soon be casting their ballots in a do-over election for two candidates in a close race.

On Friday, a judge threw out the votes in the Lebanon Special School District race. The race was won only by one vote, so candidate Steve Jones contested it.

The new election will be held on November 6, 2012.
