CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.- Clarksville Police have arrested a man who held a knife to a teenager's throat.
Police said that officers were called to a business at the 600 Block of North Riverside Drive around 10:30 a.m. Sunday. According to police a 15-year-old heard the fight occurring at this location and when to investigate. When the teen approached the area, one of the men fighting, Michael Powers grabbed the teenager by the shirt, pulled out a knife, and held it up to his throat.
Witnesses at the scene were able to calm Powers until police arrived. Police arrested him and charged him with aggravated assault.
