CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Police said an inexperienced driver crashed her vehicle into a convenience store in Clarksville on Wednesday night.
Clarksville Police were called to the Kangaroo Express on Tiny Town Road around 7:30 p.m. after a woman drove a SUV into the business.
An investigation found the driver, 36-year-old Sara Kessa, had only had her driver's license for a couple of weeks. She told police that she was driving into a parking space, attempted to brake, but accidentally hit the accelerator. The vehicle went through the front glass door of the business.
No one was injured.
Police did not issue Kessa a citation.
