NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Two people were shot in a Hermitage neighborhood on Thursday morning.
The call came in just before 11 a.m. Wednesday on Brooke Valley Drive. Police said a man and woman were hit by gunfire. The woman was shot in the upper shoulder.
Both were taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries. No identities were released.
Neighbors told NewsChannel 5 someone drove up and started shooting. They said they heard about seven or eight gunshots.
A motive was not immediately clear.
Police have not yet made any arrests.
