Wrestler Jerry Lawler Headed Home To Tenn.

MONTREAL, Canada-  Pro-wrestling icon, Jerry "The King" Lawler has been released from the hospital and is headed home to Tennessee to recover.

Lawler left a Montreal hospital on Monday afternoon, a week after suffering what's described as a mild heart attack during a live broadcast of WWE Raw. After collapsing, Lawler was given CPR at the locker room area before being rushed to the hospital. The 62-year-old wrestling personality had competed in a match earlier in the evening with Randy Orton against CM Punk and Dolph Ziggler.

The wrestler shot to fame in the early 1980s when he feuded with comedian Andy Kaufman. The two wrestled in Memphis, and Lawler famously slapped Kaufman during an appearance on "Late Night With David Letterman." Lawler later appeared as himself in the Kaufman biopic "Man on the Moon," starring Jim Carrey.
