NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Police are searching for a suspect responded to an Internet ad to purchase an iPad and instead stole the iPad and pepper sprayed the owner.
The robbery happened in a parking lot Old Hickory Boulevard earlier this month. Police said the victim had advertised the iPad for sale on a social network Mocospace. The suspect responded to the add and after agreeing to meet to exchange the $400 payment he sprayed the victim in the eyes with pepper spray.
Police described the suspect as a black man in his 20s who is approximately 5'9" tall and weighs approximately 160 pounds. At the time of the robbery, he had a full beard.
