Child Left Alone Shoots Himself

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.- In Clarksville, police are investigating a shooting that involved a child injury.

According to police, a one-year-old had been left unattended inside an apartment on Terminal Road Saturday afternoon. The child found a gun on the coffee table and shot himself in the hand. The injury is non-life threatening but charges are pending.

This is the fourth child to be shot in Clarksville this year after finding an unattended gun.
