NASHVILLE, Tenn. - An alleged case of road rage sent one person to the hospital and another to jail.
A court affidavit said Robert Robbins told police a motorcycle was tailgating him while driving on Central Pike over the weekend.
A witness said Robbins hit the brakes, causing the motorcycle to slam into the back of his car.
The affidavit went on to say Robbins then got out of his vehicle, and pulled the guy off the bike and started fighting with him.
Other motorists called police to the scene, and Robbins was arrested.
The motorcyclist suffered injuries to his hand and knee, and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Robbins was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
