Man Arrested For Alleged Rape At Fast Food Restaurant

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A 23-year old man has been arrested and charged with rape after a woman said he attacked her in a McDonald's bathroom.

Police said Casey Dugger followed the woman into a bathroom stall at the McDonald's on Brick Church Pike, claiming he was a police officer and then raped her.

The woman told police she managed to break away and ran out begging for help from other customers

Dugger, however, said he offered to pay the woman in the parking lot shortly beforehand, and said the act was consensual.

Dugger was charged with rape, attempted rape, impersonating an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He remains in jail on bond.

The victim was taken to General Hospital for a medical examination.
