Murfreesboro Home Destroyed by Fire

MURFREESBORO, Tenn.- Around 5:45 Sunday morning, Murfreesboro Fire & Rescue Department rushed to a single-wide mobile home fire at 135 Fairfax Drive. Crews arrived on scene to find the mobile home on Lot 12 engulfed in heavy smoke with flames showing. They were able to put the fire out quickly, but it had already destroyed the home.

No one was hurt. The mobile home, currently unoccupied, was completely empty. Investigators believe the fire started underneath one of the bedroom floors. The fire is under investigation.
