NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A man has been convicted in connection with a 2009 home invasion in which two women were sexually assaulted.
A Davidson County jury found Roderick Crosby guilty of four counts of aggravated kidnapping, three counts of aggravated robbery, one count of aggravated burglary, one count of unlawful possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, and one count of aggravated assault.
Police said Crosby was one of two men arrested in connection with the home invasion at a Bell Road apartment in September 2009. The pair tied up four residents, and then robbed them at gunpoint. Two of the women were assaulted.
Crosby was arrested after a vehicle stop in August 2011.
A sentencing hearing is scheduled for November 15.
