PEMBROKE, Ky. – A tobacco barn was destroyed by fire in southern Kentucky on Thursday night.
When firefighters arrived on the scene on Pembroke Road near Hopkinsville around 6 p.m., the barn was fully involved. Volunteer firefighters from Pembroke, Fairview, and Highland worked to stop it from spreading to other nearby barns.
No one was hurt in the fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
