The warning comes after a fake 20-dollar bill showed up at Ades' Place in Sparta. The money was confiscated -- and sparked an investigation.
The Sheriff's Department believes more counterfeit money could be circulating in the county, so check your cash to make sure a watermark is visible on each bill.
