NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A domestic dispute over food sent a man to the hospital with a stab wound to the chest.

Police were called to the Rex Courts Apartments on Plus Park Boulevard around 9:20 p.m. Tuesday.

The victim told police his girlfriend's adult daughter became upset, chased him around the house, and then stabbed him.

The victim was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

The woman was not on the scene when police arrived. Police have not yet made any arrests, and it was unclear whether charges would be filed.

No identities were released.
