SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. - Shelbyville Police said a woman who was thought to have been abducted has been found safe.
Police suspected that 23-year-old Susita Darjee may have been abducted from a plant parking lot on Wednesday night. She told the friend that someone was driving through the parking lot calling her name.
Officials said that Darjee was located Thursday and she had given her friend false information leading her friend and police to believe she was possibly abducted. She was found in Nashville with family members and told police she was not taken against her will, and is content to be with her family.
There are no charges against anyone at this time.
