Driver Trapped Underneath Minivan After Crash

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A driver was trapped underneath his minivan after being thrown out of it during a crash.

The crash happened around 11:15 a.m. at Dickerson Pike and Old Hickory Boulevard. A witness said the van landed on the man's leg, and he had to be rescued from underneath the vehicle.

He was taken to the hospital, where his condition was unknown. His identity was not released.

It was unclear what caused the crash.
