Suspect Arrested In Church Arson Case

MORRISON, Tenn.- Police have arrested a man accused of willfully burning down a rural Cannon County Church.

The Ivy Bluff United Methodist Church was reduced to ashes by a fast moving overnight fire over the weekend. The flames moved from the sanctuary, to the activities building and then back the educational wing, and reduced it all to rubble.

Police arrested Ezra Marino on Thursday and charged in with arson in the case of the church fire.
