Man Accused Of Rape To Undergo Psychiatric Evaluation

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a fast food bathroom has been ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation to determine if he's competent to stand trial.

Police said 23-year-old Casey Dugger followed a woman into the bathroom of a Brick Church Pike McDonald's, told her he was a Metro cop, then assaulted her.

Dugger was charged with rape, impersonating an officer, and other charges.

He will be evaluated by doctors at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
