Franklin HS Marching Band Takes First Place At Championship

FRANKLIN, Tenn. - The Franklin High School Marching Band took first place at the Bands of America Regional Championship in Jacksonville, Alabama.

The students beat out 23 other bands from a six state area with their show called "Incantation."

They will put on their award winning show for free for the public at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Franklin High's stadium in Williamson County.

The final run-through will be at the end of their practice, before the next day's competition at MTSU's Contest of Champions.

The band will also compete in the Grand National Championship in Indianapolis.
