MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - Funeral arrangements have been set for slain Memphis musician B.B. Cunningham.

Cunningham's son, Joseph Cunningham, said the viewing is scheduled for 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park in Memphis. The burial is set for 10 a.m. Friday at Forest Hill.

B.B. Cunningham spent more than 50 years in the music industry as a keyboardist, bassist, singer, songwriter and producer. He scored a hit with the 1967 song "Let It Out (Let It All Hang Out)" as a member of the Hombres. He also played in Jerry Lee Lewis' band.

Police said the 70-year-old Cunningham was working as a security guard at an apartment complex when he was fatally shot early Sunday. A 22-year-old man has been charged with murder in Cunningham's death.
