Police Search For Attempted Robbery Suspect

COLUMBIA, Tenn.- In Columbia police are looking for a man who attempted to rob a Tobacco For Less store.

Officials said that a man walked into the Tobacco For Less store in Carmack Boulevard around 9 p.m. Monday night and pointed a gun at the store clerk. The clerk and the suspect got into a fight and police said the suspect left the store without any money.

The suspect was described as a black male, wearing a camouflage hooded jacket and a dark colored toboggan/mask covering a portion of his face.
