NASHVILLE, Tenn. - In an effort to ease the minds of Nashville Predators fans during the lockout, officials talked to season ticket holders on Wednesday night.
Fans hope the league and the union can come to an agreement soon.
"They had all summer to work on this and they wait until the last minute to try to settle this. And it turns out the owners want to lock the players out. And here we are again," said fan Len Yuhas. "What's going to happen in another four or five years?? It's frustrating; they're going to lose me if they go through this one more time."
The lockout began September 16, and last week the league canceled regular-season games through October 24.
NHL labor negotiations will resume Thursday with a counter proposal from the player's association.
