KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Tennessee will travel to Oregon and Florida on consecutive September weekends next year, according to the 2013 football schedule the school released Thursday.
The Volunteers will face each of the top three teams in the current Top 25: No. 1 Alabama, No. 2 Oregon and No. 3 Florida. Auburn will replace Mississippi State as one of its SEC Western Division opponents.
The seven-game home schedule includes Austin Peay on Aug. 31, Western Kentucky on Sept. 7, South Alabama on Sept. 28, Georgia on Oct. 5, South Carolina on Oct. 19, Auburn on Nov. 9 and Vanderbilt on Nov. 23. Road dates include Oregon on Sept. 14, Florida on Sept. 21, Alabama on Oct. 26, Missouri on Nov. 2 and Kentucky on Nov. 30.
