Victim Tries To Stop Theft, Jumps On Hood Of Getaway Car

GOODLETTSVILLE, Tenn.- A robbery took a twist when the victim jumped on then gunman's car and was taken for a ride.

Goodlettsville police said the victim was shot in the leg while robbed in the parking lot of the Hooters off Rivergate Parkway. When the gunman tried to get away, the victim jumped on the hood of the car and didn't get off for several blocks.

The suspect fled the scene. Police were still searching for him. The victim who jumped on the hood was not injured.
