CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.- Police in Clarksville are looking for suspects who stole multiple checks and money orders from several local apartment complexes.

Police said the thieves stole checks and money orders from six different apartment complex drop boxes between September 27 and October 7. The suspects were able to pull the checks from the drop boxes and over $7,000 has been reported stolen.

Officials said they believe the same crime has occurred in Kentucky and Georgia in the last several months.

No suspects have been determined.
