Bio:  Kevin C. Kennedy is a creative, unique, and talented attorney with over 29 years of experience.  He was an honor graduate of Austin Peay State University where he received a B.S. Degree and a Master's Degree.  Mr. Kennedy also taught at the university level.  Kevin graduated from the Nashville School of Law in 1984 at the top of his class in the field of evidence.  Mr. Kennedy is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts and was admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1989.

Mr. Kennedy is known for his closing arguments and in fact has been published in the American Journal of Trial Advocacy for his article entitled Closing Argument Through the Eyes of a Trial Advocate.  He is also wrote published Divorce Through the Eyes of a Christian Lawyer.  Mr. Kennedy has appeared on national television on the Oprah Winfrey Show.  He has been interviewed by the New York Times, Washington Post, and CNN.

Kevin appeared regularly on a television show titled Prominent Legal Issues for over six years.  He was a regular guest on Law Day, a popular radio show, for seven years.  Mr. Kennedy can discuss a wide array of legal problems and his opinion is sought after by many who respect his vast knowledge.
