Police: Man Caught Stealing From Patients At Sleep Center

PUTNAM COUNTY, Tenn. - A man was caught stealing from patients at a sleep center in Putnam County, according to police.

Roger Wheaton was arrested after police said he went into the rooms of sleeping patients at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center Sleep Lab.

Investigators said an employee monitoring the patients during their sleep tests noticed Wheaton going through the patients' belongings on the monitor.

He was charged with burglary.
