Time to Fall Back An Hour

NASHVILLE, Tenn.- How about an extra hour of sleep?  Saturday night is the night we adjust the clocks and reclaim that hour of sleep we lost "springing forward" to Daylight Savings time back in March.

Most of the country, including Tennessee will fall back an hour, returning to standard time. The change technically happens Sunday morning at 2 a.m., but most people change the clocks before heading to bed Saturday night.

It's also a good time to check and change the batteries in your smoke alarms.
