A large crowd had gathered around a home on Lischey Avenue. When officers arrived, they found a woman swinging a broomstick, shattering windows and screaming "I'll kill you" repeatedly to a neighbor.

Police moved in to take her down, and said she fought back reportedly grabbing one officer in the groin and not letting go.

She then attempted to bite the other officers as they tried to cuff her, according to police.
