NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The family of a murder victim is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the crime.
Dalia Gutierrez-Sanchez, 43, was approached by a gunman moments after she parked outside her apartment on Wallace Road around 10:30 p.m. on August 24. During an altercation, she was shot and killed.
Police said robbery is a possible motive since her purse was taken.
The gunman fled the apartment complex on foot and was last seen on Wallace Road.
Gutierrez-Sanchez's family is offering the reward for 30 days from Thursday, November 8. The $10,000 reward is in addition to the $1,000 reward offered by Crime Stoppers.
Gutierrez-Sanchez was a six-year veteran of the Department of Corrections, who worked as a prison guard at Riverbend Maximum Security prison.
