FRANKLIN, Tenn.– Franklin Police are searching for two people who stole a credit card from a church preschool classroom and then went on spending spree.
Police said that two people visited the People's Church on October 26 and posed as parents hoping to enroll their child into the program. When the church employee left the room, police said the two people stole a credit card from the purse of the teacher.
The suspects then went on a spending spree, racking up over $2,000 in fraudulent charges. Officials said that the pair purchased a variety of merchandise from stores in Franklin and Spring Hill.
