Laptop Thief Sought In Williamson County

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Tenn.- Franklin Police have asked for the public's help to track down a suspect who stole a laptop from the local Walmart.

Investigators said the suspect used a Walmart shopping cart to steal a touch-screen laptop computer out of the store in Franklin back on October 29th. Officials said he got away through the store's Garden Shop where the driver of a dark colored S-U-V was waiting.

The laptop was valued at 850-dollars.

Anyone with information about the crime was asked to call Franklin Crime Stoppers at (615) 794-4000.
