FRANKLIN, Tenn. – Franklin Police want to identify a man caught on surveillance trying to steal more than $500 worth of items from Walmart.

The surveillance video showed the man entered the store on Mallory Lane, and then loaded his cart with several items. Police said he shoved the items under the fence of the garden center.

Employees spotted what the man was doing and went outside to recover the items. The man then took off on a black motorcycle.
