CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A Clarksville woman died Thursday from injuries she sustained in a single car crash earlier this week.

Clarksville Police said 21-year-old Amber Webster was severely injured in a crash on Ringgold Road around 3:05 a.m. on November 18. She lost control of her vehicle, went off the side of the road, and struck a utility pole. She was not wearing a seatbelt, and was found on the passenger of her vehicle.

Webster was taken by LifeFlight to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she died around 2 a.m. on November 22.

Police said speed was a factor in the crash.
