12 whole Jalapenos cut in half, length wise
6 Bacon strips, sliced in 4 pieces
1 - 8 ounce package Cream Cheese, at room temperature
2 T. dry Italian Dressing mix
Use plastic gloves and slice Jalapenos, length wise from top to bottom. With a spoon, remove seeds from Jalapenos; be careful not to touch eyes or mouth.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese and dry Italian dressing. Fill each Jalapeno with cream cheese mixture. Level it with the edge of the Jalapeno. Wrap a piece of bacon around the middle of the Jalapeno and secure with a wooden toothpick.
Grill: On a hot grill, cook Jalapeno on its back for 30 minutes. Turn and cook other side, be careful not to burn the cream cheese mixture.
Oven: Place Jalapenos on a greased sheet pan and bake on 375 for 30 minutes.
