Police: Man Inappropriately Touched 8-Year-Old Girl

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Police believe it's possible that a man accused of inappropriately touching an 8-year-old girl could have other victims.

Fathy Elsaid, 68, was arrested last Wednesday for allegedly touching an 8-year-old girl's breast outside the Maudina Avenue apartment where he lives.

The victim told police that Elsaid grabbed her arm and touched her breast twice over her shirt while saying the word "little" in Arabic. Three witnesses said they saw the whole thing happen.

Elsaid was charged with aggravated sexual battery of a child, and freed on $1,500 bond.
