TONY NEELY / NEELY'S BARBECUE
INGREDIENTS:
16 oz Cole slaw
8 oz barbecue
sauce
4 oz mild cheddar cheese
1/2 lb chopped beef brisket
1 (14.1-oz.) package refrigerated rolled -up pie crust
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Stir together beef brisket and 4 ounces of barbecue
sauce.
3. Unroll 1 pie crust on a flat surface. Using a 3-inch cutter, cut 6 rounds, press rounds
into a lightly greased 6-cup muffin pan, dough will come slightly up on sides,
forming a cup. Spoon 1 tablespoon of beef mixture into each cup.
4. Bake at 350
degrees for 30-35 minutes or until edges of dough are slightly browned.
5. Remove from pan, add 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce,
then a pinch of cheese, and top with slaw.
