GALLATIN, Tenn. (AP) - A "Rally Point" event in Gallatin will serve as a one-stop shop for Tennessee veterans to connect with resources like VA claims assistance, vocational rehabilitation, education, employment help, mental health services, and home and business loans.
The event takes place on Friday from 9:00 a.m. to noon at the Gallatin Civic Center. It is free and open to all Tennessee veterans and their families.
The Gallatin event will be the fourth in a series of Rally Point events organized by U.S. Sen. Bob Corker's office. More than 1,000 Tennesseans have attended Rally Point events in Knoxville, Cookeville and Jackson.
Veterans with questions about the event should contact Corker's Nashville office at 615-279-8125.
