GALLATIN, Tenn. - Funeral arrangements have been made for a well-known former Gallatin football coach.
William "Bubba" Dunn passed away Saturday night, after an apparent heart attack.
Visitation for Dunn will be held Wednesday from noon to 5 p.m. and Thursday from 11 a.m. to noon at First Baptist Church on East Winchester Street in Gallatin. Funeral services will be Thursday at noon.
The 43-year-old graduated from Gallatin High School in 1988. He went on to play baseball at Volunteer State Community College before being drafted by the Kansas City Royals in 1989.
After his professional career, he returned to Gallatin where he coached various positions and ran a successful private baseball training business.
