Child Removed From Fairview Home Where Meth Lab Found

FAIRVIEW, Tenn. – Authorities in Williamson County said a child was removed from a home in Fairview where they discovered an active meth lab on Tuesday morning.

The Williamson County Sheriff's Office and Fairview Police discovered four active labs in the crawl space underneath the home in the 7200 block of Grammar Drive.

Police said their investigation began after a traffic stop around 4 a.m. where they discovered a mobile meth lab. The driver was taken into custody.

Police said information learned during interrogation led them to search the suspect's home, where they found four active meth labs. A woman at the home was also arrested, and a small child was placed into DCS custody.

No identities were immediately released.
