DEKALB COUNTY, Tenn. – Deputies arrested a woman after uncovering a drug smuggling operation at the DeKalb County jail.
The sheriff said 39-year-old Lisa Lue Summers taped a plastic bag under a seat in the visitation area on Saturday, and left it there for an inmate trustee to pick up later.
The bag contained a several kinds of prescription pills, including Valium, hydrocodone, Xanax, phentermine and oxycodone.
Summers was charged with smuggling drugs into a jail and drug possession.
