NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Federal and state officials searched a pharmacy in the 100 Oaks area on Wednesday morning.

The attorney for Nashville Pharmacy in the 100 Oaks Plaza on Thompson Lane said they received notice from federal and state agencies that they would be executing a search warrant. He said they were cooperating, and trying to minimize the disruption for employees and clients.

It is unclear what officials were searching for at the pharmacy. The attorney said it was a Department of Health and Human Services investigation in conjunction with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
