LEBANON, Tenn. – A car slammed into the front window of a Wilson County business, barely missing two people on the street.

Officials said a Ford Expedition came crashing through the front window of "The Jewelers" store at 1418 West Main Street in Lebanon.

Witnesses told officers with the Lebanon Police Department the SUV shot through the parking lot like a bullet and didn't stop until it was inside "The Jewelers" store.

Police said the driver was 66-year-old Elroy Cantrell. His wife was also in the vehicle.

No one was injured in the incident, and no charges were expected to be filed.

The cause of the crash was not clear.
