Soccer Association President Admits To Embezzlement

NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Police said the former president of the Fairview Soccer Association has been arrested for embezzling over $60,000 from the association.

Officials said that Cynthia Mangrum was removed as the president of the Fairview Soccer Association after she allegedly admitted to stealing money. She was arrested by arrested on Friday by Fairview police for embezzling over 60-thousand dollars from the soccer league.

Mangrum has three kids, and was a volunteer for the organization. Officials say the alleged embezzlement happen over several years.
