Man Arrested, Accused Of Stealing From Murfreesboro Employer
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A Christiana man who was the subject of a Tennessee Bureau of Investigation inquiry has been arrested after it was revealed that he stole money from his employer.
Officials with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said that 50-year-old Jerry Alexander was indicted on theft charges by a Rutherford County grand jury. According to reports Alexander stole $1,000 from his employer, Alley Cassetty Brick and Block in Murfreesboro.
Alexander was the Operations Manager for the business and took money directly from customers and voided the business transaction. He was also said to have sold the company's scrap metal and kept the money earned.
He was booked into the Rutherford County Jail and later released on a $10,000 bond.
