Two Men Rob Donelson Gas Station At Gunpoint

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A clerk at a Donelson gas station was robbed at gunpoint overnight.

The night clerk at the Mapco on Elm Hill Pike told police that two men rushed into the store just before 2 a.m. Friday and demanded money. One was armed with a handgun.

She complied with their demands, and they fled the scene on foot with approximately $80 cash.

Police ran a K-9 track that stopped at Merry Oaks Apartments behind the store, but the robbers were not found.

The clerk was not hurt.

Police continue to investigate.
